Two weeks with my parcel with no attempt to deliver despite updates saying out for delivery two times, then after I ring to chase up item the parcel is delivered to the wrong address .... Rang to query at 10am and was told would be delivered asap. Rang once again at 3pm and was told it would be delivered in an hour. Business day is over and still not delivered. Terrible service

Extremely disappointing especially for business expecting next day delivery. It is now overdue 4 days and counting. Not good enough. Perhaps normal mail would have been faster.

Appalling experience that doesn't seem to end. During initial delivery, the driver claimed to have parking issues and therefore could not deliver. Parking should never be an excuse especially if a Loading Zone exists directly opposite the entrance. DHL and NZ Post have never had 'parking issues' to my residence. I changed the delivery address to make life easier for the driver but communication between Customer Service and depot is atrocious. More than 48 hours following my request, the address had not been changed and there had been no further attempts on delivery. I had to ring for a second time and Customer Service couldn't tell me anything I didn't already know. No promises could be made and they weren't even sure of the whereabouts of the parcel. Forwarding me onto the Investigations team had been equally useless at providing any information. Customer Service even suggested I picked my parcel up myself. Why should I be responsible for the mistakes of the courier company? What is the purpose of me paying shipping costs if I have to do your job on your behalf? The customer experience has been atrocious. Choosing PBT was a waste of time and trust. The time that I could have spent going to Australia and back with my parcel, PBT still wouldn't have had enough time to attempt to deliver - and lose my parcel.

Have waited since 22nd for a parcel from Wellington to Ashhurst. Still not here and it’s the 26 th pm. According to the tracking the parcel has gone to Christchurch and then on to Tauranga. Nowhere even near Ashhurst( not ashburton). This is the first company I’ve had trouble with. Certainly won’t use them again. When I enquired and asked for an explanation I was overtalked and hang up on. Really bad for business I reckon.

My book was sent Fri 2nd (from Dunedin), finally delivered Mon 12th (to Auckland). Poor for a courier service. And it took several phonecalls before item finally delivered.

Total idiots , parcel has been backwards and forwards for 4 weeks also lost it at one point now its heading back to sender , in the end the company had to send a second parcel , pbt have appalling service which cost me and the sender not recomended at all.
